And to be quite honest, the much celebrated Economic Recovery Strategy (2003-2007) and the critical groundwork for Kenya Vision 2030 owe a great deal to the late Nalo's unsparing dedication when he was PS responsible for national planning. It is just not easy to forget how he got some of us to burn the 'mid-night oil' to ensure that nothing would be left to chance under his watch during some two events that remain egged in the NARC regime's calendar: the first major International Investment Conference and the subsequent Donor Round Table, all convened in the pressing collective of the day to rejuvenate the country.
