Dr William O Ogara, | Is the designated task manager for a number of OCTAWNS LTDs projects. Ogara is originally a Vet scientist who has so remarkably been transformed into a management and multi-discipline specialist. He has more than 25 years of academic and professional experience in a number of policy areas including science and environment management. He has done work for a number of international organisations, including the United Nations and is a co-governor of the Association of Professional Societies of East Africa and editor of its pioneer, Professional magazine. Dr Ogara is also a long –standing Senior Lecturer and departmental chairman at the University of Nairobi. |
